Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

    • Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to follow your package’s journey from Australia to your doorstep.
     

Returns & Exchanges
 

We want you to love your Pisko Textiles purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Sale Items:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
